Samsung oficjalnie zapowiedział wstrzymanie sprzedaży swojego najnowszego smartfonu Galaxy Note7.

W komunikacie Samsung prosi swoich partnerów na całym świecie, aby zaprzestali sprzedaży i wymiany modelu Note7 dopóki nie zostanie odkryta przyczyna jego awarii. Samsung współpracuje z odpowiednimi organami regulacyjnymi nad jak najszybszym wyjaśnieniem problemu z baterią.Klientom, którzy posiadają oryginalnego Note'a 7 lub wymienionego na nowy egzemplarz zaleca się, by go wyłączyli i przestali używać swojego smartfonu.

Wstrzymaliśmy sprzedaż oraz program wymiany Note7. W konsekwencji podjęliśmy decyzję o zakończeniu produkcji tego urządzania.

Because consumers’ safety remains our top priority, Samsung will ask all carrier and retail partners globally to stop sales and exchanges of the Galaxy Note7 while the investigation is taking place.
 
We remain committed to working diligently with appropriate regulatory authorities to take all necessary steps to resolve the situation. Consumers with either an original Galaxy Note7 or replacement Galaxy Note7 device should power down and stop using the device and take advantage of the remedies available.
